Most items are not kept in stock and are made to order when your order is placed. If an item is kept in stock, it will be shown on the products page.

If there is a problem with your order, please email thedogmomco@gmail.com, within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem, photos will be needed if items are damaged.

All items must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unused, etc). If it is clear that the product was used or washed, a refund/replacement cannot be issued.

All items approved for an exchange must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item. If item is not postmarked by 14 days of receipt of item, an exchange will not be made. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees for exchanges, unless a shipping mistake was made by The Dog Mom co.

The Dog Mom co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
