NOTE: Most items are not kept in stock and are made to order when your order is placed. If an item is kept in stock, it will be shown on the products page.

If there is a problem with your order, please email thedogmomco@gmail.com, within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem, photos will be needed if items are damaged.

Since all of our products are custom made to order we generally do not allow for exchanges or returns. All orders are final. Only under certain circumstances will be allow for exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Please make sure to reference the sizing chart on each product listing to ensure that you are choosing the appropriate size when ordering. If you are having trouble deciding on a shirt size for yourself or for someone else, feel free to reach out to me and I will help you pick the right size! 

The Dog Mom co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
