We make each item as orders are placed so please allow up to a week for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. See homepage announcements for current production times.
After your order has been received by the shipping carrier, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout. Check your email for your tracking details.
We can only accept exchanges at this time. Exchange requests must be submit within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. You can request an exchange in your account portal.
To cancel or make edits to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations as orders get sent to production quickly.
