A majority of our products are custom made to order. Due to this, please allow for 1-2 weeks of processing times for most products. If you need your products by a certain time, please reach out BEFORE orders.

Please be aware that choosing expedited shipping does not mean that your order will ship faster. It will still need to go through the 1-2 week processing time.

All packages are sent through USPS with tracking provided. Stickers shipping without any other products ship without tracking through USPS.

If there is a problem with your order, please email hello@thedogmomco.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, order number, tracking number, which item there is an issue with, and a detailed description of the problem, photos will be needed if items are damaged.

We currently e do not allow for exchanges or returns at this time. All orders are final. Only under certain circumstances will be allow for exchanges or returns. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your order.

The Dog Mom co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.

***We are unable to give refunds or replace orders that are lost, damaged, stolen, or undelivered by the shipping company.***

How long will it take for me to get my shirt(s)? 

Every item is custom made to order and with our current delays please allow 3-12 business days for the production process. Once your package has shipped, it can take anywhere from 3 - 8 days to reach you depending on your location. If you need your package by a certain date, please contact us before ordering. We cannot adjust shipping speed after your order has been placed.

Where do you ship?

United States and Canada

My package is showing as "delivered" but I do not see it

Unfortunately, we have no control over the packages once they are sent out. You will need to get a hold of your local post office and they should be able to help you out. The post office does not give me access to package details since it has the customers name on it. More than likely they have it at their facility. If they don't have it, a lot of times it can be found at a neighbors house or hidden around your house or apartment.

Do you offer exchanges or returns

Since all of our products are custom made to order we do not allow for exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Only under certain circumstances will be allow for exchanges. If you are having trouble deciding on a shirt size for yourself or for someone else, feel free to reach out to me and I will help you pick the right size!
